Teslimat Koşulları
Siparişleriniz, banka onayı alındıktan sonra 3 iş günü (Pazartesi-Cuma) içerisinde kargoya teslim edilir. Teslimat adresi şehrin ve/veya ilçenin uzaklığına göre de kargo şirketi 1-3 gün içerisinde siparişinizi size ulaştıracaktır.
Özel üretim ürünlerin teslim süreleri imalat zamanına göre farklılık göstermektedir. Bu tür ürünlerin teslimat bilgileri ve süreleri ürün sayfalarında belirtilmiştir.
Tarafımızdan kaynaklanan bir aksilik olması halinde ise size üyelik bilgilerinizden yola çıkılarak haber verilecektir. Bu yüzden üyelik bilgilerinizin eksiksiz ve doğru olması önemlidir. Bayram ve tatil günlerinde teslimat yapılmamaktadır.
Seçtiğiniz ürünlerin tamamı anlaşmalı olduğumuz kargo şirketleri tarafından size teslim edilecektir.
Satın aldığınız ürünler bir teyit e-posta'sı ile tarafınıza bildirilecektir. Seçtiğiniz ürünlerden herhangi birinin stokta mevcut olmaması durumunda konu ile ilgili bir e-posta size yollanacak ve ürünün ilk stoklara gireceği tarih tarafınıza bildirilecektir.

Ödemesini internet üzerinden yaptınız ürün eğer stoklarmızda kalmamış ise en az 4 (Dört) en fazla 30 (otuz) gün bekeleme süresi vardır. Ürün bu tarihleri arasında tüketiciye verilemez ise yaptığı ödeme kendisine iade edilir.
Delivery Conditions
Your orders will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after receiving bank approval. Depending on the distance of the delivery address within the city and/or district, the courier company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.
Delivery times for custom-made products vary based on production times. The delivery information and timelines for such products are specified on the product pages.
In case of any delays caused by us, you will be notified using your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership details are complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on holidays or public holidays.
All selected products will be delivered to you by the courier companies we work with.
You will receive a confirmation email for the products you have purchased. If any of the products you selected are out of stock, you will be informed via email, and the date when the product will be back in stock will be communicated to you.

If the product you paid for online is out of stock, there will be a waiting period of at least 4 (four) days and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the customer within this timeframe, the payment will be refunded.
